How did you go about selecting information for your customer segment?

Using my customer’s social media is especially useful because my customer has her own handmade brand, which helped me to know what kind of art, authentic she likes. 

What went well? What needs improvement?

Thinking about design, details and functions was so stimulating and fun.

Also, seeing my customer profiles and imagining what kind of product they might use and like was enjoyment. However, actually putting ideas into action was my biggest weak point.  Therefore I come to realize that whatever idea I have in mind, I should try to verbalize and organize it.

What additional skills or resources might you need to investigate to further develop?

I thought it would be more interesting if I were asking my customer about other than fashion such as their favourite place and book. It is because I believe that people who have their own style tend to have determined characters and hobbies.  I wanted to find out if there is some tendency for people who have same hobbies is more likely to have similar styles.
